Here at Merit Badge we have the latest in design technology to help even the slightest ideas become reality. With a highly effective design team we can produce a full scale CAD drawing within minutes, and in only a few days we can transfer this over to our fully automated CAM and produce fully coloured samples of the finished article. From there we can guide you on through the rest of the process, choosing materials, fittings, colours, finishes and packing.

Once your satisfied with the sample we will go ahead with making the stamping tools and dies required, each one unique to our very own design. You could have any design in production within days and be able to sell them in only a matter of weeks.
